Preferred Placement is growing! We have built our reputation as one of the top firms in our field and we are searching for the right addition to our collaborative team environment. We are looking for dynamic, confident people seeking an entrepreneurial opportunity to help others make important professional career decisions. A law degree or knowledge of legal recruiting is preferred. A great sense of humor, as well as a desire to connect with others, is key. Our company is unique in that we place attorneys to both in-house and law firm positions, as well as to compliance roles. You will have lots of client and candidate contact. Most of us are “recovering lawyers,” and we are all very happy to have moved to another way of life. This is a hybrid position that will be in the office 1-2 days per week.
Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 base salary with a large potential commission plus discretionary bonus.
