Maxine Stein

Maxine re-joined Preferred Placement as a recruiter in 2020. She had originally joined the company directly out of law school and remained for several years. In between, Maxine was an educational consultant and worked with a boutique consultancy specializing in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. She enjoys recruiting as it provides her the opportunity to use her legal background in a highly interactive non-traditional way.

Maxine was raised in NYC and after getting her AB in Psychology from the University of Michigan, she returned to earn her JD from The Cardozo School of Law. In her free time Maxine enjoys spending time with her son and two dogs.
