Avery Beck

Avery joined Preferred Placement in 2015, and is currently Director of Operations for the team. She works closely with Preferred’s principals and recruiters to ensure success for the firm’s projects and partnerships. With an interdisciplinary background, she is interested in creative problem-solving and project management within legal recruiting.

Avery earned her bachelor’s degree from Colby College, during which time she spent a semester studying abroad in Tanzania. When not exploring New York’s neighborhoods, she enjoys escaping the city in her spare time for day hikes, farm visits and volunteer work, and domestic and international travel.
